PA6 CF15 is high-temperature printing material based on polyamide 6 . A characteristic feature of this material is reduced humidity absorption compared to pure PA6 and the water absorption time is four times shorter than pure PA6.
No heated chamber is required during printing and there are no deformations. The material is compatible with auxiliary materials HIPS and BVOH. The temperature of the thermal deformation is 240 ° C, short -term resistance at an operating temperature of 180 ° C. In addition, the PA6 CF15 is characterized by a very low linear storm (not exceeding 0.1%) and a low thermal expansion coefficient (0.4 10-5/h).
The fiber is wound on a transparent coil. The coil contains information about the type of material, diameter and recommended to the print temperature. Each coil is vacuum packed with a dryer. Paper with instructions inside. All in the original foil Spectrum Filaments > properties PA6 CF15, which are very interesting from technical point of view, can be achieved while maintaining the basic principles of storage of this type of materials (in a dry and dark place with moisture below 15%). To achieve the best parameters of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before starting work.
