We bring you a new product from the Polish manufacturer Devil Design. The ASA racing green 3D string resembles ABS in its advantages, but is also suitable for outdoor use.
Exceptional mechanical and thermal properties, together with excellent stability against UV radiation and weathering, predetermine this material for outdoor applications. Compared to ABS, it is also more rigid, resists chemicals well, and its surface is more shiny and almost does not turn yellow. Surface treatments such as sanding, milling, painting, etc. are not a problem for him either.
Due to its unique properties, the ASA material is often used in the automotive industry, where components must withstand long-term high loads, sunlight and frequent temperature fluctuations.
Printing filament made of this material is therefore also suitable for demanding users of FDM printers. Among other things, it can be recommended for 3D printing of functional prototypes, engineering tools and end products.
Not suitable for medical applications.
Recommended settings:
ASA by Devil Design print at 230-240°C with a pad heated to 90-100°C.

Outer diameter 200mm, inner opening 52mm, width 70mm. Coil weight including packaging 1.4kg.
The manufacturer guarantees the thickness of the printing string +/- 0.05 mm.
