Asa Filament Natural 2.85 mm Smartfil 750 g

Smartfil ASA is a filament with exceptional weather resistance. Unlike many other plastics, ASA retains its color and impact resistance even in long -term outdoor use.

Advantages:

• has a large dimension of stability, so it deforms and printed models have good dimensional tolerances

Recommended printing settings from the manufacturer:

• Print temperature: 250 - 260 ° C
• Pad temperature: 90-110 ° C
• For a heated mat
• fan (0-30%)
• speed: 40 - 60 mm/s

ASA is generally used for roofing for houses, as well as for covers of transport equipment, outdoor machines and electrical equipment and wherever color stability and impact resistance are required.

For models printed from ASA material, follow -up:

• welding (hot body, heating spiral and in some cases ultrasound)
• gluing (ASA is soluble in methylethylketon, dichlothylene and cyclohexanone)
