pellet granulate is designed for special types of extruder or for filament production. Mix your own mixtures, create special colors using pigments or combine with recycled (according to some studies it is recommended to use a maximum of 15% recycled to maintain mechanical properties).

Smartfil ABS FireProof:

This improved ABS Filament will find use wherever there is an increased risk of fire. When heated, there is no creation of hot drops of filament, and after removal of the heat source ceases to burn itself, so it is self -extinguishing. It is used for printing boxes for electronics, PC accessories, RC models, etc.

The material is tested according to the UL94 method and IEC standards 60695-11-10.

(self -extinguishing particles in a print with a wall thickness of 1.50 mm are able to extinguish the fire after removing the heat source in less than 30 seconds without dripping the plastic. within 10 seconds also without leakage of plastic material.)

ABS f.p. meets the degree of non-combat V-1 according to the UL94 test.

Warning: Not suitable for common types of FDM printers without prior processing (without modifications can not be used for printing, eg on printers Prusa, Deltiq, Anet, Ender, Rebel and others).
