nylon fiber is extremely strong, durable and versatile for printing on 3D printers. Flexible in a thin layer, but with very high adhesion between layers. Its low friction coefficient and high melting temperature is an excellent choice for printing functional and technical elements. Unlike ABS and Plaf fibers, the nylon FX256 is much less fragile and therefore stronger.
Recommendations for printing:
Nylon often holds poorly on the print pad. To increase adhesion, the combination of 3dlacu and PVA adhesive (and title =" PVA glue tesa "rel =" noopener Noreferrer "href =" https://www.na3d.cz/p/3314/ adhesive-Tycinka-Easy-Stick-Tesa-12G "Target =" _ BLANK "> TESA , etc.). Sprinkle the paint on the cold printing surface, allow to dry and then apply to the same place of a stiff adhesive. After warming up the printing surface, you can start printing. If even this combination does not work, try Magigoo pa , with which we have a very good experience with Nylon. Next, do not forget the large enough brim (1 - 2 cm depending on the size of the object). So if you don't have a box, put a cardboard box around the printer when printing the nylon, or somehow create improvised walls around the printing area.
